Hello,

Further to the previous communication regarding UFV’s records and information management (RIM) program, I am pleased to announce the inaugural meeting of record stewards to begin the implementation phase.

You are receiving this e-mail as a record steward for your department. Thank you for supporting UFV’s RIM program. As a record steward, you will act as a champion for records and information management practices in your area.  Your cooperation, support, and assistance in moving this priority project forward is most appreciated.
Ongoing information and communication will be provided through these sessions going forward which will be one of the pillars of developing a fully functional RIM program at UFV.  The first training session will be held on Abbotsford and Chilliwack campuses in March. Please see agenda attached.
